Broadcasting Experience

Gavin is building hands-on experience in live hockey broadcasting, professional broadcast environments and public-address announcing.

• Keystone Kraken Championship Broadcast – Delivered live hockey play-by-play during the team’s championship game streamed on Facebook Live.
• Hershey Bears – Spent one period inside the professional broadcast booth, observing live game preparation and production.
• Lehigh Valley Phantoms – Shadowed play-by-play broadcaster Bob Rotruck inside the booth for a full AHL game.
• Penn State Harrisburg Hockey – Currently preparing for an opportunity to provide play-by-play during the 2026-2027 hockey season.
• Northern York High School – Participating in a customized sports-announcing internship that includes shadowing and expected PA-announcing experience.
